Clark Realty's Military Housing program provides for the development, construction, renovation, expansion, and property management of housing at ten military installations throughout the United States. Upon completion of these military projects, Clark Realty will have built or renovated nearly 25,000 homes with a development value in excess of $4.2 billion. These massive public/private ventures were enabled by an act of Congress called the Military Housing Privatization Initiative, which allows the military to use private-sector companies - and private-sector funding - to provide the best housing the marketplace has to offer with a minimal tax-dollar investment.
