At Kendrick Court, Clark Realty's goal was to create an affordable, friendly residential neighborhood with organized social events for residents, an effort which was recognized by the NVBIA with a Finest for Family Living Award and by the AOBA with an Apartment Community Excellence Award. In 2005, Clark Realty began development of Piney Run, a 400-unit active adult community in Fairfax, Virginia. Piney Run is adjacent to the Hilltop Golf Course, a 76-acre county park, and protected wetlands, creating a beautiful natural setting and ample recreation opportunities.
