The U.S. Army, Fort Irwin and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to develop, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Fort Irwin in California. The initial development plan, which spans eight years, includes the demolition and replacement of 385 homes with 715 new homes. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 2,376 homes at Fort Irwin for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years. Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Seattle-based Pinnacle.
