San Diego Family Housing, Phase 2
464 Townhomes and Renovation of 1,068 Homes on Three Sites
In Phase 2 of the Navy’s largest public/private venture to date, Clark Realty is developing, building and/or renovating 1,532 additional units of military family housing for sailors and Marines in the San Diego region. Including newly constructed and renovated homes, the joint venture will be managing 3,302 homes in Phase 2. Clark Realty is building 464 new homes in the Gateway Village community and renovating 1,068 homes in the Admiral Hartman and Murphy Canyon neighborhoods. The Lincoln/Clark partnership has raised more than $640 million for the two phases and currently manages a total of approximately 5,000 existing Navy homes at 23 sites throughout San Diego.
