Renovation of 76 military family homes
As partners in the Navy's largest public/private venture (PPV) to date, Clark Realty is renovating a total of 76 single-family homes in the Admiral Hartman neighborhood of Pacific Beach. The homes were originally constructed in 1960 and consist of three- and four-bedroom units that average approximately 1,642 square feet. All of the homes have one-car garages. Renovations include replacement of the drywall, kitchen cabinetry, and appliances, and remodeling of the exteriors.
