The U.S. Army, Moffett Field and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to develop, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Moffett Airfield in Mountainview, California. The initial development plan, which spans two years, includes the demolition of 96 existing apartments to make room for 181 new townhomes and the renovation of nine historic homes. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 316 homes for the U.S. Army at Moffett Field during the next fifty years. Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Seattle-based Pinnacle.
