The U.S. Army, Moffett Airfield and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to develop, construct, and operate military family housing communities for Moffett Airfield in Dublin, California. The initial development plan, which spans two years, includes the replacement of 13 existing homes with 114 new single-family homes. When complete, Clark Pinnacle will manage a total of 114 new homes at Camp Park for the U.S. Army during the next fifty years. Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC is a joint venture between Clark Realty and Seattle-based Pinnacle.
