The U.S. Army and Clark Pinnacle Family Communities LLC are working together to plan, operate, and construct military family housing communities for Fort Benning, GA, and Camp Frank D. Merrill, Dahlonega, GA. With a development and construction scope of $600M +, the project will rebuild and/or renovate an end-state housing inventory of 4,200 homes over a ten-year Initial Development Period for members of the armed services and their families assigned to Fort Benning and Camp Frank D. Merrill. In addition, Clark Pinnacle will build green space, ball fields, swimming pools, and community buildings to increase the overall quality of life for Fort Benning families. When the development and construction activities are complete, Clark Pinnacle will continue to manage the Fort Benning homes for the U.S. Army throughout the remaining 40 years of the project.
