San Diego Family Housing - Phase II 1,532 Homes on Three Sites (Admiral Hartman, Gateway Village, and Murphy Canyon) In Phase II of the Navy’s largest public/private venture to date, Clark Builders Group has developed, built and/or renovated 1,532 additional units of military family housing for sailors and Marines in the San Diego region. Including newly constructed and renovated homes, the joint venture manages 3,302 homes. Clark Builders Group built 464 new homes in the Gateway Village community and renovated 1,068 homes in the Admiral Hartman and Murphy Canyon neighborhoods. The Lincoln/Clark partnership raised more than $640 million for the first two phases and currently manages a total of approximately 5,000 existing Navy homes at 23 sites throughout San Diego.
