Murphy Canyon 996 New and Renovated Military Homes As partners in the Navy's largest public/private venture (PPV) to date, Clark Builders Group developed and renovated 992 homes and constructed four new homes in the Murphy Canyon neighborhood in the Tierrasanta community of San Diego. The existing spacious three- and four-bedroom single-family homes and multifamily units, constructed between 1972 and 1975, have private yards and one-car garages. Renovations to the homes include replacement of the drywall, kitchen cabinetry, and appliances, as well as remodeling of the exteriors. Community renovation also includes the addition of two large clubhouses, five community pools, and more than 30 tot lot/play areas. PROJECT DATA
