Arboretum Place
$36 million, 257-Unit Luxury Apartments with 5,000 SF Ground-Floor Retail

Clark Realty Capital is developing Arboretum Place, a multifamily luxury apartment community located in Ward 5 in the Northeast quadrant of Washington, DC. The site is bounded by Maryland Avenue on the south, 17th Street on the east, K Street on the north, and Bladensburg Road on the west. This development will bring affordable, high-quality housing to an area that has not benefited from new residential development in many years. The facades will combine different architectural material and elements to reduce the scale of a long streetlock. The project will incorporate modern styles that remain consistent with the architecture of the surrounding areas. A series of bays create a rhythm found in rows of nearby townhouses while the height and massing toward the street are also consistent with the scale of neighborhood buildings.
