MacDill AFB 331 New Homes As a part of the Air Mobility Command East (AMC East), MacDill AFB is Clark's first endeavor under the Air Force's Housing Privatization program. The development plan consists of 331 new single-family and duplex homes for officers and enlisted families in Tampa, Florida. Designed to increase camaraderie and foster interaction between neighbors, the plan calls for upgraded neighborhood amenities such as a new 6,000 square feet welcome center, a pool, and other community features. Additionally, the plan includes provisions for providing uninterrupted access to the nearby elementary school. PROJECT DATA
