MCAS Miramar 77 77 Single Family Homes As part of a public/private venture (PPV) with the U.S. Navy, Clark Builders Group replaced 77 units at MCAS Miramar Military Base. Nine of the units are multifamily townhomes, with the balance being single-family homes that range from 1,700 SF to 2,500 SF. All of the homes have two-car garages. The design for the new neighborhood includes two 2,500 SF clubhouses with pools and outdoor recreation areas. Additional community amenities include three picnic areas, one tot/play lot, and two sports courts. MCAS Miramar is located in the Miramar community of the City of San Diego, twenty miles northeast of downtown San Diego. PROJECT DATA
