MCLB Albany 110 Design-Build Duplex and Single-Family Homes Clark Realty Capital and Clark Builders Group are working with the Department of the Navy to redevelop 250 units at MCLB Albany under a 50-year ground lease. When complete, the community will be comprised of 110 units, including 27 duplexes and 56 single-family units. The new homes will consist of three- and four- bedroom “Traditional” and “Arts and Crafts” homes. Each home will include Corian countertops, ample storage space, and Energy Star appliances. All homes will also have two-car garages, covered patios, and fenced-in backyards. Homes will center around a new Community Center, which will feature a Teen meeting room and a fitness area with an integral play room. Other amenities include a swimming pool, Splash Park, tot lots, picnic areas, basketball, and volleyball courts. PROJECT DATA
