The Village at NTC
500 Townhome Apartments

The Village at NTC is a 500-unit townhome community constructed as part of the Navy's largest public/private venture (PPV) to date. As partners in the PPV, Clark Builders Group developed and built a total of 1,400 new homes on two sites in San Diego to help relieve a housing shortage for Navy and Marine Corp families in the area. The Village at NTC is located on the former Naval Training Center site and includes 500 townhome-style units, 7.2 acres of landscaped open areas, a central park and mini-parks, recreation facilities with tennis courts, a swimming pool and a gym, tot lots, and an elementary school site. The two- and three-story Spanish Colonial town homes are arranged in building clusters of two- to six-units, and offer rear, detached garages, formal dining rooms, and breakfast nooks. The neighborhood is located on San Diego Bay in the Point Loma neighborhood, three miles north of downtown.
